What the Site Provides
DenyHouse offers general information and guidance about home insurance. DenyHouse is not an insurer and does not issue policies.
- Content on the site is educational and is not a binding quote or an offer of coverage
- Coverage, limits, exclusions and premiums are set by the insurer and by the wording of the policy itself
- Any decision to buy, change or cancel a policy remains with the user
Eligibility
The site is intended for residents of the United States who are eighteen years of age or older. By using the site, a user confirms that these conditions are met.
Accounts
A user who creates an account agrees to the following.
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep the password private
- Accept responsibility for activity that takes place under the account
- Report any unauthorized use promptly
Text Message Terms
A user who opts in on the sign up form may receive service and promotional text messages from DenyHouse. How often messages arrive may vary, and the mobile carrier may charge message and data rates.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable Use
The site may be used for lawful, personal purposes only. A user agrees not to:
